Submission Guidelines

• Abstracts and presentations must be original material. Presentations must not be previously published or currently submitted for publication elsewhere. However, submissions containing new material based on previously published papers are welcome.
• Paper drafts should be a maximum of 2,000 words and must be received at Verigy by July 25, 2008. Final papers are due August 29, 2008.

• Your presentation at VOICE 2008 should include a PowerPoint slide deck. The slide deck must be received at Verigy no later than August 29, 2008.
• PowerPoint presentations should be a minimum of 30 minutes and a maximum of 45 minutes, including 10 minutes for Q&A.
• Graphics should be embedded in your paper and PowerPoint presentation, and condensed to the smallest size possible. Do not send separate links to graphics.

Important Notes

• Papers will be reviewed at Verigy for structure, style and clarity. Suggestions will be offered where appropriate.
• Each meeting room at the venue will have a projector, a speaker microphone, and audience microphones.  All presentations will run from one computer managed by Verigy.
• A preparation room will be available to all presenters on both days of the conference.
• All Verigy-authored PowerPoint presentations will be converted to PDF for publication, so please be sure to build your slides in a form that is suitable for static display.
