Each year, VOICE brings Verigy system users and solution providers together. Last year's attendees included engineers and management from test houses, fabs,
fabless companies, integrated device manufacturing, and suppliers and partners. Sponsorships will be offered at several levels to help you connect with this
qualified audience. Please check back soon for more information on this year's sponsorship opportunities.
Supplier's Expo '08 Update
This year's Suppliers Expo includes several changes to improve visibility for sponsors. These changes were inspired by the Verigy board with input from last
year's sponsors.
- New hours:
12pm to 6pm (or 10pm optional) on Tuesday
12pm to 4:00pm on Wednesday
- The general Expo ends at 6pm on Tuesday, but sponsors have the option of staying open as late as 10pm to coincide with the evening event.
- Sponsors that stay open during the evening event are free to host contests or giveaways that coincide with either the Oktoberfest theme of the evening
event, or the evening's gaming activities. Contact Cassandra or Luke for ideas, or to submit ideas to the VOICE committee for approval (required). Although this is optional, we highly recommend or encourage the sponsors to take advantage of a great marketing opportunity the evening event presents with access to all event attendees for a 4-hour period.
- New location: All booths at all sponsorship levels will be located on the upper level of the Expo hall to increase visibility and traffic.

Please note all sponsorships must be approved by the VOICE committee. Sponsors will be notified of acceptance within three weeks of application submission. Let CES Make Your Program a Success
For the third year in a row, Corporate Event Services, Inc. (CES) is managing all logistics for the VOICE User's Group conference, from coordination through onsite event management. In addition to assisting you with sponsorship packages and booth logistics, CES is also available to support your organization with other arrangements for event marketing, promotional items, and booth equipment rental and services, including:
- Modular exhibit booths, backwalls
- Display cases, literature racks, booth furnishings
- Signage, banners, easels, poster boards
- Auxiliary booth lighting, custom logos brightly displayed on a balloon (click to view example)
- AV, PC and business equipment rental: flat-screen displays, PCs, switches, printers, etc.
- Coordination of pre and post event freight transportation, shipping, and secured storage
