SEMICON China was held March 18-20, 2008 in the Shanghai New International Conference Center.

The stand-out Verigy booth, featuring unique cartoon-design graphics, including the Verigy Sea World and Verigy Rainforest, and a corporate introduction via a multimedia stand, attracted 1042 attendees over the three days of the show. The colorful booth walls presented Verigy products and the heart of Verigy's value proposition – the "Right Architecture." Photos showing Verigy’s heritage and evolution, from HP to Agilent to Verigy, were combined on giant dice to create an interactive game, giving booth visitors the opportunity to qualify for prizes. The final task was to roll the "V, E, R, I, G, Y" dice to win an iPod or other prizes.

Verigy seminars attracted a large following. Topics covered cost-of-test, high-speed memory, Port Scale RF, and flash memory testing. Throughout the three-day conference, many customers also visited the Verigy Shanghai office for live lab demonstrations focusing on Port Scale RF and MB AV8, for applications ranging from ODD and TDSCDMA-3G baseband to DTV and personal media players.

The strong interest in Verigy’s seminars and demos, and brilliant booth activity – not to mention the ingenious dice game - left everyone feeling energized and "on a roll"!
