International Microwave Symposium 2008 Verigy has been invited to deliver a presentation discussing ATE Signal Integrity challenges in the “Applications and Misapplications of Measurement Uncertainty” Workshop at the International Microwave Symposium 2008. IMS will take place in Atlanta, Georgia, June 15-20, 2008. The presentation, scheduled for Mon., June 16, is “The Importance of Measurement Verification for Accurate Uncertainty Analysis of Network Analyzer PCB TRL Calibration Standards”. The workshop is being organized by Research Scientist Nick Ridler at the National Physical Laboratory (NPL) of the UK. Learn more. |
