How do I get access or register for SOC Technical Support content & services?

To register for access to Verigy's technical support content & services, please follow the steps below:

  1. Click the "Registration" link in the upper right hand corner of page.
  2. Please review Verigy's Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
  3. Fill out the form with your company e-mail and be sure to select the options you want Verigy to keep you informed about.  If you are a Verigy customer, you may also request access to Technical Support content.  (Although getting a login username and password are immediate, it may take two to three business days before your access to Technical Support content is verified and processed).  Be sure to note your password for future use.
  4. Click "Register."
  5. You will receive an acknowledgement web page, and an email will be sent to activate your account.
