Skills/Qualifications:
Some of the specific skills and qualifications that Verigy seeks in its candidates for Finance, Accounting, Tax and
Treasury include the following:
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to track, post and analyze critical business metrics
- Prior work with Oracle financial systems, including Hyperion
- Audit experience in a global setting
- Project management experience
- Background in financial planning and forecasting
- Tax expertise: VAT, income tax, import/export taxation
- Background in international treasury operations
- Accounting experience - CPA/CA or other international public accounting credentials
- SOX 404 knowledge
- A self-starter who is successful working in a team environment in a global culture
- Able to communicate in multiple languages - English (required), German, Mandarin.
