Skills/Qualifications:
Some of the specific skills and qualifications that Verigy seeks in its IT candidates include the following:

• Proven experience providing IT services in a high-tech environment
• Effective at translating business needs into technical solutions, and managing IT projects with a diverse group of stakeholders
• Background in business process analysis
• Able to work effectively with an outsourced support organization across cultures and time zones
• Experience with Oracle's products, including their EBS (Portal and Collaboration Suite), OCS, UCM, Hyperion/Noetiv and ERP
• Able to build strong personal relationships in a multi-cultural international environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or MIS, or equivalent
