  • Base Pay: Our base pay is regularly benchmarked against key labor competitors. Plus, we are committed to providing excellent compensation for superior performance. We conduct annual performance reviews and adjust your base pay accordingly.
  • Results Bonus Program: Our Verigy Results Bonus program allows employees to share in the success of our business. Semi-annual payouts are based on both the overall company performance. This bonus is in addition to your base pay. The Verigy Results Bonus has been paid out every half year to date.
  • Individual Performance Bonuses: An individual performance bonus pool, in addition to other flexible tools, allows managers to give special rewards and incentives to top performers who help drive key business achievements.
