Warren Kocmond is Vice President of Global Operations for Verigy. In this role, Mr. Kocmond is responsible for the manufacture and delivery of all products to Verigy customers. He is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with Verigy's supply chain partners, working with these companies and Verigy personnel to manage cost of sale over the product lifecycle, to maintain volume/cost flexibility and to ensure the successful ramp-up of new products.

Mr. Kocmond has more than 20 years of experience in all aspects of manufacturing and operations at the highest levels. Prior to joining Verigy, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Electroglas, Inc. From 2007 to 2008, Mr. Kocmond was Senior Vice President of Global Operations for Affymetrix where he oversaw all global manufacturing, including arrays, reagents and instruments, as well as the global supply chain, facilities, and real estate for the company. Mr. Kocmond previously served as Chief Operating Officer at Asyst Technologies, a maker of automation and isolation systems for the semiconductor industry. He was also a Corporate Vice President at Applied Materials in addition to holding manufacturing, operations, and technology positions at Hewlett-Packard and Silicon Graphics.

Mr. Kocmond holds a BS degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno, and an MS degree in systems management from the University of Southern California.
