Robert J. "Bob" Nikl is the Chief Financial Officer for Verigy. He joined Verigy in June 2006, and brings more than 30 years of experience in financial management and public accounting to his role at Verigy, with 15 years in the semiconductor and electronics industries.

From 2004 through 2006, Mr. Nikl served as Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Asyst Technologies, Inc., an integrated automated semiconductor solutions company. From 1994 to 2003, Mr. Nikl held positions in finance, operations management and administration with Solectron Corporation, a leading provider of electronics manufacturing and integrated supply chain services, serving as Corporate Vice President, Finance of global operations from 1999 to 2003. Prior to joining Solectron, Mr. Nikl held a number of senior financial management positions with Xerox Corporation, including Vice President, Finance for Xerox Engineering Systems.

Mr. Nikl holds a BBA from Pace University, New York and an MBA from the University of Connecticut. He is a certified public accountant with active licenses in the states of California and New York.
