Kristen Robinson
Vice President, Human Resources


Kristen Robinson is Vice President, Human Resources of Verigy. In this role, Ms. Robinson leads human resources strategy and execution and global HR operations across Verigy. She is responsible for the development of global talent programs targeted to help Verigy attract and retain the best talent, while ensuring that Verigy is the 'best place' to work. Upon assuming her current position, she architected and built the Verigy human resources function from the ground-up and led the human resources transformation associated with the spin-off of Verigy from Agilent Technologies in 2006.

Ms. Robinson brings an accomplished and extensive business background to her role in Verigy, with proven expertise in human resources, finance and accounting, and marketing. Prior to assuming the top human resources position at Verigy, Ms. Robinson served as Vice President, Global Compensation and Benefits at Agilent Technologies, a spin-off of Hewlett-Packard (HP). Ms. Robinson started her career with HP in 1992 and held a variety of positions in finance, human resources, marketing and operations management.

Prior to her career with HP, Ms. Robinson was a practicing Certified Public Accountant with Ernst & Whinney. She holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Boston College and an MBA from Northwestern's J.L. Kellogg School of Management. She is a member of the Human Resources Policy Institute and a Council Member of The Conference Board. She was nominated for and participated in the Chief Human Resource Officer Academy of the National Academy of Human Resources Foundation.
