Kenneth M. Siegel is Vice President and General Counsel for Verigy. He is responsible for Verigy legal affairs and compliance on a worldwide basis. Mr. Siegel initially joined Agilent in early 2006 as the general counsel of a yet-to-be named entity, which eventually became Verigy.
He managed the legal aspects of the spin-out transaction and IPO for the company, both of which were completed by mid-June 2006.
Mr. Siegel has more than 22 years experience in the legal representation of technology companies. Prior to Agilent/Verigy, he was Senior Vice
President and General Counsel of Agile Software Corporation. Earlier, in 2000 to 2002, he was Senior Vice President of Efficient Networks,
Inc., serving as General Counsel from 2000 to 2001. Mr. Siegel began his legal career in 1985, working for a year for a U.S. Magistrate. He
then joined Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati as a Corporate & Securities Attorney, serving the first seven years as an associate and the
last six as a partner.
Mr. Siegel holds a BA degree from the Monterey Institute of International Studies and a JD degree from University of California Hastings
College of the Law. He is licensed to practice law in the state of California.
