Hans-Juergen Wagner is Vice President, SOC Test for Verigy. Based in Germany, he is responsible for the R&D, development and product marketing for the Verigy SOC test platform, the V93000, which has more than 1800 systems installed world-wide. He is also the General Manager of Verigy's STS division, and Country Manager of Verigy Germany GmbH.

Mr. Wagner's in-depth knowledge of R&D and semiconductor test has been gained through more than 23 years of progressive engineering and managerial experience, first as an IC designer, project manager, R&D manager and then General Manager. He started his career in HP as an R&D engineer and project manager in 1985.

Prior to his current executive role, Mr. Wagner served as Vice President of Agilent's SOC test, beginning in September 2005. Mr. Wagner was Vice President, High-Speed Memory Test, within Agilent's Automated Test Group from 2004 to 2005. He served as Vice President, Computer Test from 2002 to 2004, adding the role of Managing Director of R&D and Marketing during 2004. Mr. Wagner was a Research and Development Manager in the Automated Test Group from 1998 to 2002.

Mr. Wagner holds a Masters degree in engineering (Diplom Ingenieur) from the Technical University of Stuttgart (Technische Universitaet Stuttgart).
