Standards for excellence
Most of Verigy's research and development and manufacturing operations are certified to the ISO 9001:2000 quality standard. We have also aligned our company-wide processes
with this
standard, including everything from customer satisfaction processes to inventory management, internal audits, training/certification, and statistical process
control.
