Verigy and ISE Labs Collaborate to Deliver High-Speed Memory Test in Silicon Valley for Next-Generation Memory Devices
CUPERTINO, Calif. – Oct. 6, 2009 – Verigy (NASDAQ: VRGY), a premier semiconductor test company, today announced that ISE Labs, the largest semiconductor test engineering service provider in the Silicon Valley, has expanded its test capabilities with the addition of Verigy’s V93000 High Speed Memory (HSM) system. ISE Labs is the first test house in Silicon Valley to offer a high-speed memory test system for characterization of DDR3 and QDR memory devices up to 3.6 Gbps and above. Verigy Reports Third Quarter 2009 Financial Results; Sequential Revenue Increase of 23%
CUPERTINO, Calif., Aug. 20, 2009 – Verigy Ltd. (NASDAQ: VRGY), a premier semiconductor test company, today reported financial results for its third quarter, ended July 31, 2009. Revenue for the third quarter was $87 million, an increase of $16 million, or 23 percent, from the prior quarter, and a decrease of $92 million, or 51 percent, from the prior year period.
