CUPERTINO, Calif. - Dec. 13, 2006 -- Verigy (NASDAQ: VRGY), a premier semiconductor test company, today announced that, VOICE 2006, the first annual V93000 SOC Series Users Conference attracted 169 attendees from around the world. The test engineers and managers gathered with their peers to exchange information on the latest test techniques and for valuable networking opportunities with leading semiconductor manufacturers and suppliers.

Thirty-five technical presentations were given by Verigy customers, partners and Verigy representatives along the conference's three-track themes: Testing Techniques and Methodologies; Productivity; and Production. Held in Santa Clara, not far from the company's Cupertino headquarters, the event included keynote presentations by Michael Campbell, Vice President of Engineering for QUALCOMM CDMA Technologies, on the changes in the test industry, and by Andrew O'Donoghue, President of Advance Performance, Inc. who spoke about how to foster organizational excellence.

The VOICE Steering Committee is made up of volunteers from Verigy customer and partner companies who are interested in helping to shape the conference.
