CUPERTINO, Calif. - Oct. 8, 2007 - Verigy (NASDAQ: VRGY), a premier semiconductor test company, has announced details of the technical program for VOICE 2007, Verigy's second annual conference for its users and partners to be held December 4 and 5, in San Jose, Calif. at the Dolce Hayes Mansion. The robust technical program will include nearly 60 technical presentations on the latest SOC and memory testing techniques, methodologies and best practices from some of the leading global semiconductor and memory device manufacturers, as well as Verigy representatives.

This year VOICE 2007 will offer five tracks for participants: Testing Techniques and Methodologies; Production Tools and Enhancements; Memory Test Solutions; Test Standards; and Cost-Effective RF Test & Manufacturing. The specialized RF track was added this year due to ongoing urgent customer interest in the topic and strong demand for Verigy's new Port Scale RF solution.
