Cupertino, Calif. - Dec. 18, 2007 - Verigy (NASDAQ: VRGY), a premier semiconductor test company, held VOICE 2007, the company's second annual V93000 SOC and V5000 Memory Series Users and Partners Conference Dec. 4 and 5 in San Jose. The event was attended by more than 250 test engineers and managers from around the world, representing more than 50 companies including the top foundries, fabless semiconductor companies and independent device manufacturers (IDMs), as well as Verigy's partners. This group of industry thought leaders in semiconductor test solutions gathered to exchange information with their peers on the latest test techniques and best practices.

Fifty-six technical presentations were given by Verigy customer, partner and employee experts along the conference's four track themes: RF Test and Manufacturing - Design for Test and Test Solutions; Memory Test Solutions and High-Speed Memory Test Solutions; Productivity Tools and Enhancements; and Test Techniques and Methodologies. The presentations were selected from the more than 100 abstracts submitted, a 70 percent increase in submissions over the inaugural event in 2006. Eight roundtables held at VOICE provided an opportunity for attendees to participate in information-sharing panel discussions with Verigy representatives on a range of technical topics on semiconductor test.

The event's notable keynote presentations given by Klaus Rinnen from Gartner, Bill McClean of IC Insights, and strategist and technology forecaster, Paul Saffo, also were well received by attendees. In addition, VOICE 2007 featured a popular Suppliers Expo with representatives from 15 Verigy partner companies available to provide information for Verigy customers.
