Please note: Effective June 1 , 2006, what was known as the V93000 "SmarTest PG" will no longer be orderable through Verigy channels.

In its place, Test Insight's product, "Wave Wizard" provides a superset of today's SmarTest PG offerings. Wave Wizard will fully replace and supersede Verigy's SmarTest PG. Test Insight will assume all support obligations for SmarTest PG customers, so there will be no disruption when migrating to Wave Wizard.

Proprietary extensions for SmarTest PG - such as "Scan Diagnosis", including specific test methods for fastest data collection and the scan failure map GUI (aka "flop plot") for engineering applications - will still be provided by Verigy and will work seamlessly with Wave Wizard.
