DUT (Load) Board Design
Third-party guides to designing DUT (load) boards and wafer probe cards for the Verigy V93000 SOC Series.
The DUT (Load) Board Design guides consist of text and mechanical drawings.
The text versions are available as Adobe Acrobat PDF files that you can view online. Most of the drawings are available as both downloadable DXF files and PDF files, but some are only available as PDF files.
For customers who have SmarTest 4.3.0 and later versions, the DUT (Load) Board files may also be accessed via the Online Documentation.
